Shockwave

Why aerate

Soils that have become compacted restrict root growth, so stunting health leaf growth.

Compacted soils restrict drainage, saturated soils have reduced strength.

De-compacted soil helps prevent weed growth

De-compacted soils promote the absorption of essential nutrients.

When aerate

Aeration should be carried out on a regular bassis, it is normally undertaken in the Spring and Autumn, but wet conditions are avoided as this may cause damage.

The shockwave uses a series of staggered curved rotary blades that moves the soil from side to side, proving to be an effective de-compactor, thus creating the ideal environment for plant growth, through increased drainage and nutrient supply.

The nature of this process has minimal impact on the surface allowing for continued usage.

Shockwaving is also a excellent preparation prior to sand/compost spreading
